It depends on your lease, building rules, and local requirements. Hosts are responsible for making sure they’re permitted to share their home.
Who can see my home?
You decide. Keep your listing private and share it directly, or make it visible to people you’re connected to through TuCasa.
Do I have to host to stay?
No. You can join to find somewhere to stay, share a home, or do both.
How does pricing work?
There is no TuCasa platform fee during private beta. Any accommodation costs are separate. Future platform fees will be shown clearly before you confirm a request.
