Mi casa es tu casa
A private home-sharing platform for friends, family, and colleagues.
Home sharing built on trust that already exists.
People already share homes with people they trust. The challenge isn’t trust. It’s coordination. TuCasa brings availability, requests, payments, and confirmations into one place, so every stay is simple from start to finish.
Why I built TuCasa
I built TuCasa because arranging stays with friends always felt harder than it should. Conversations were scattered. Dates kept changing. Payments felt awkward. The problem wasn’t finding someone you trust. It was coordinating everything afterward.
Making trusted stays effortless.
We’re building the easiest way to coordinate stays within trusted communities. Every booking should feel as seamless as a hotel while remaining as personal as staying with someone you know.
Flat fee. No commissions.
TuCasa is free during our private beta. When fees are introduced, you’ll see them clearly before a guest ever confirms a stay, a predictable flat fee, never a cut of what a host earns.

Questions? We’re here to help
Here are the things people usually ask before joining TuCasa.
Can I use TuCasa if I rent my home?
Yes, but you should check your lease or ask your landlord first. TuCasa is designed for trusted private stays, not anonymous short-term rentals, but every rental agreement is different.
Who can see my home?
You choose who gets access. Hosts can keep a listing private for people they already know or share it with people connected to their trusted community.
Do I have to host to stay?
No. TuCasa supports both hosts and guests. You can join to request trusted stays, list a home, or do both over time.
How does pricing work?
TuCasa is free during private beta. When service fees are introduced, guests will see them clearly before confirming a request.
How can I see our connection?
You can see how someone is connected through work, your trusted community, or people you already know. This helps keep discovery more intentional than a public marketplace.
