Beta pricing: During the private beta, the service fee is waived for all bookings. Early members lock in reduced fees when we launch publicly.
Does the host pay anything?
No. Listing and accepting bookings on TuCasa is free for hosts. You set your price and receive exactly that amount.
When is the service fee charged?
The service fee is added to the guest's total at checkout and shown clearly before they confirm. There are no fees added after booking.
What does the service fee cover?
Payment processing, platform infrastructure, booking protection, and support. We keep it as small as possible while staying sustainable.
Can hosts offer free stays?
Yes. Hosts can set their nightly rate to zero for stays they want to offer at no charge — to family, close friends, or anyone they choose. In that case, there's no service fee either.
